Kim Perrotti, ABR, GRI

Kim has been a real estate agent in Melrose since 1997 and her connection to the community spans generations. A Graduate of the Realtor Institute, she is also an Accredited Buyers Representative. Her passion for real estate is complimented by her marketing background. Kim has a B.A. in Communications and Public Relations from Westfield State College and later worked in public relations at Channel 7 News and then as an Account Executive for Cobra Marketing with Bank of America as her client. Kim’s success is attributed to her calming demeanor and her ability to focus on the business at hand during what can be a very emotional time for her clients. She brings a client-oriented and problem solving approach to each transaction.
