My wife and I were looking for a
house in 2006, just as the housing market started its decline. We were
still optimistic enough to buy a much larger house before selling our
current house. Thankfully, Kim skillfully managed our selling process.
She took the time to make sure we had a very respectable selling price,
which attracted a good volume of prospective buyers. Kim was able to
sell the one really interested buyer with a purchase price close to our
list. She managed this buyer full circle, through a tough buyer's agent,
through a "nitpicky" inspection and through our closing. I would happily
recommend Kim to anyone who is buying or selling a home. In this tough
housing market, I would certainly call her "reliable."
