I bought a condo with Jay 3-4 years ago and had such a great experience that we used him most recently to sell that condo and buy our current home. When Jay tells you he is responsive and to text him any time - he isn’t joking. He was always prompt and easy to get a hold of. He also helped me navigate parts of the buying/selling process that I didn’t understand. He also really wants what is best for his buyers and a few times has discouraged me from buying places that would have been a terrible idea and saw things I didn’t see. Also- his office did an excellent job advertising our condo, and was really clear with every step of the process.
